Festivals happen there constantly, day and night filled with joy; there the three afflictions do not exist, where the Master reigns as the source of happiness.
In the beautiful, pleasant season, spring arrived once more; the greatly joyful Beloved gave his devotees boundless happiness.
The people of the Valak region, whose hearts are pure — showing them mercy, seeing the satsangis' devotion, Shyam, the wise one, set out on the pretext of joining a wedding procession, the Full Brahman himself coming to bring salvation to millions.
The beautiful, dark-hued one joined the wedding party to accomplish the purposes of many people; within a single watch he made his preparations and had the whole village fed.
Then quickly he set the wedding party moving, and Bhagwan himself went along with them.
They made camp at Malpara, and from there reached Pithvadi village.
All the satsangis came for the festival, their hearts overflowing with love; children, young people, and elders all came out to meet the Beloved when they heard of his arrival.
Singing and talking, they brought him home and served him well and fittingly; a fine, good meal was prepared, and Nath ate, seeing their devotion.
Then the company of devotees was fed as well, and they stood before Hari with folded hands, saying, "Blessed, blessed, merciful one — you have taken such good care of us.
You have shown us such great grace, Lord, coming lovingly to our home; you have upheld your reputation, greatly renowned one — you are the purifier of the fallen."
Hearing these words from his devotees, Prabhuji spoke, being pleased: "We had not planned to come here — we came because we saw your longing."
Speaking such words of affection, he greatly pleased his own devotees.
Then the support of life went to sleep; the night passed and morning came.
Then the imperishable one himself arose, becoming a charioteer, taking the reins in hand.
He traveled the road passing through many villages, giving darshan to the devotees of Hari in each; thus giving the gift of darshan, Bhagwan delighted the people.
Then he reached Bhatvadra village and stayed the night there happily.
Having attended a wedding there, the imperishable one departed, the beautiful, fine bridegroom, the abode of happiness.
Many people came along the way, and all had darshan of Nath.
From there he stayed the night at Vavera, giving darshan, and departed in the morning.
He came to Goradka with grace, to the house of the devotee Chandu Mantra; a meal was prepared and the people fed, and Bhagwan himself ate with love.
Then the wise and clever one departed and made camp at Pithvadi.
There Mulo, Bhago, Hiro, Harji, and the fine Bhayo spoke together, saying, "Stay here two or four days, that all the men and women may have darshan.
You have come after so many days — we, Hari, will not let you go."
Though they heard the people's words, the wise one did not agree and departed.
They traveled all four watches of the night and came back to Malpara village.
There a fine meal was prepared, and he himself ate and fed the people.
Then he came to Gadhapur village, accomplishing many souls' purposes; whoever had beheld Life would not go to Yama's abode.
Granting freedom from fear to many, Bhagwan then returned; whatever is Hari's own doing, know that our welfare lies within it.
As some days passed in this way, Bhagwan departed for Gujarat; Giridhari set out from Gadhada and came to Sarangpur, the giver of happiness.
Having a meal at Sundariyana, Hari stayed the night in Vagad; having eaten at Kantharia, Bhagwan stayed at Shiyani.
From there, having bathed at Tavi, he showed mercy at Devaliya; there devotees came for darshan, longing to see the imperishable one with their own eyes.
He gave them darshan, the merciful one, and then departed at once from there.
He came to Dadhuka, the God of gods, where the devotees of Hari served him greatly.
Then he departed from there and came to Machhiyavu, where the sadhus were lovingly invited; the devotee of Hari fed Life, and then the companions and sadhus ate.
Staying the night, Bhagwan departed, giving darshan to his devotees; they came to a lake in the wilderness, and the enchanting Beloved ate there.
Then he came to Ahmedabad, delighting the hearts of many people; at the time of the Fuldol festival, the sadhus and Maharaj came together.
The people fed them with great love and affection, with vegetables and fine food; then the day of Hutashani arrived, and Bhagwan played with his companions.
Fine colors were brought, many pots and jars filled and brought; the Beloved took them by hand and poured them over all the sadhus.
Then gulal was thrown on top, and the companions became red with color; blessed is the beautiful assembly of sadhus, throwing color drenched in hue upon each other.
A wonderful game was enthusiastically staged, and a flood of color flowed among the playful ones.
Then the Beloved bent down with affection, and Maharaj met with all the sadhus; having held the festival, Shyam departed and came, the imperishable one, to Asalali.
There a devotee named Venibhai lived, and Shyam ate there, giver of happiness.
Then he fed the sadhus as well, and everyone there received darshan.
Then Bhagwan departed from there and came, Life himself, to Jetalpur.
From there the beloved darling departed and came to Vartal, the beloved one; there he gave darshan to his devotees, and made many people feel fulfilled.
Companies had come there from every land, devotees of Hari, pure in heart; he gave them darshan, the merciful one, and took care of all his people.
He looked upon everyone with nectar-filled eyes, and called them with sweet words; all the people were overjoyed, and forgot the pain of separation.
Then Hari was worshipped with love, and then fed with complete devotion; gazing daily upon Nath's face, they received happiness alongside him.
Some rubbed sandal paste grinding it fresh, some smilingly placed garlands on him; some applied perfume as they came, fell at his feet, and offered him fine clothing.
Some offered ornaments to his body, some performed the arti with enthusiasm; some pressed their feet to his chest, some embraced him, filled with devotion.
Thus he fulfilled the heartfelt wishes of the people, dispelling the accumulated longing of many days; as they pleased Prabhuji in this way, the day of Ramnavami arrived.
Men and women kept the vow, knowing it to be the day of Prabhu's birth; on the tenth day, at an auspicious moment, the sacred thread was given to Sitaram .
There the Brahmins were fed, given fine and proper food; the rites were performed according to Vedic procedure, by the beautiful, dark-hued protector of dharma.
Having accomplished this task, the Beloved came to Gadhada, Shrimaharaj.
All hear this joyful, blissful account; having performed these pastimes, they have now been told.
