- chameli
- A flower of the jasmine genus called Jasminum grandiflorum or Spanish jasmine. It has a white colour and extremely sweet fragrance. Usually found to blossom during the month of Shrãvan. The chameli plant is a vine, whereas mogrã and dolariyã (also part of the jasmine genus) are shrubs.

- A flower of the jasmine genus called Jasminum sambac or Arabian jasmine. It has a white colour and extremely sweet fragrance. Traditionally used in offerings to murtis of Bhagvãn.
