- એક જાતનું ખડધાન્ય; કોદ્રવ.તેની ચાર જાત: રામેશ્વરી, શિવેશ્વરી, હરકોણી અને માંજર. કોદાના દમાણા રાઇથી મોટા, લાલ અને ફોતરીવાળા હોય છે. એ બગડતા કે સળતા નથી. દુકાળ માટે અસલ કોદરાની મોટી વખારો ભરી રાખવામાં આવતી. તે સાધારણ રીતે ગરીબ લોકોમાં વપરાય છે. કોદરાને ખડની માફક થૂંબડું થઈ અંદરથી સળી નીકળી ઉપર ડૂંડી થાય છે. કોદરાની કંઠી કાળી થાય એટલે કોદરા તૈયાર થયા ગણાય. વધુ +
