- The non-doer. Bhagvãn does not do anything, as He has delegated responsibilities to devs.

- The all-doer and non-doer. Even though Bhagvãn is the cause of everything, He does not do anything Himself. He has delegated responsibilities to the devs. For example, Kãl and is responsible for death.
