Shikshapatri Shlok number 61.
Sarve rashakta vardhakyata gariyasya padathava bhaktaya Krishna manyasme datva vrutyam yatha balam
And all those satsangis of ours, when they become incapable due to old age or some great calamity, they should give the form of Shri Krishna that they worship to another devotee and act according to their own capacity.
When due to old age, one loses the ability to worship God, or if a major incurable disease occurs, or if there is a disturbance like a civil war, and one is unable to perform Bhagwat Puja,
then there is no chance.
Civil war means?
Here, civil war.
Civil war means in the state.
Suppose there was a riot between Hindus and Muslims.
Or in olden times, some kings would invade.
When there is internal conflict in society, it becomes very difficult to save a person's life.
Suppose, when India gained independence, how many Hindus came from Pakistan.
What does a person do in such a time?
And how can one maintain the atmanivedi dharma?
Yes.
If a major incurable disease occurs, or if there is a disturbance like a civil war, and one is unable to perform Bhagwat Puja,
then all Vaishnava devotees, whether atmanivedi or ordinary, should give their murti or Shaligram for worship to another Bhagwat devotee who can perform the puja, along with prayers.
Then, one should act according to the country, time, age, situation, and strength, and maintain one's Vaishnava devotion by performing manasi puja.
It is said in Laghuharita Smriti that when Vaishnavas face a calamity, they should only perform manasi puja, and not external puja due to lack of strength.
That means, to maintain one's devotion.
When the time comes, Maharaj said in the 13th Vachanamrut of Antya.
That sometimes there is oppression by the king.
And if some king, like the British, has kept them in prison.
Then, one must maintain this ekantikpanu.
Here, Maharaj has also called it atmanivedi.
There, Maharaj has called it ekantikpanu.
It is difficult to maintain it then, otherwise one's senses and inner self are also like the British.
Sometimes they become subservient to it.
Sometimes they come in any situation.
Then, the conveniences and favorable conditions for performing bhakti that exist in good times do not remain.
And today, if one has taken Thakorji, a murti or Shaligram, can its puja be performed or not?
Then what to do?
So then, if there is someone who can properly maintain the puja of Thakorji, that form should be given to them.
And oneself
Giving it away does not mean that one ceases to be a devotee.
One's devotion should be maintained within the heart.
That is, it should be maintained by performing mental worship.
Maharaj said, "How can one maintain ekantikpanu (exclusive devotion)?"
What did he say in the Vachanamrut?
Maharaj says that the murti, the murti of God, goes with him.
Where is the ekantikpanu in that?
What did he say in the 13th Vachanamrut of Antya?
Then how can that devotee maintain ekantikpanu if some British ruler has imprisoned him or put him in jail?
And in the scriptures, it is said that only one who performs ekantik bhakti (exclusive devotion) can maintain ekantikpanu.
And others cannot maintain ekantikpanu.
So if external devotion breaks, if it is broken, how can ekantikpanu remain?
How can his atmanivedipanu (self-surrender) remain?
So how does it remain?
It remains from within.
Maharaj says, "We speak as we experience it in our own way."
Then Maharaj said that one who has developed affection for God and God's devotee, no time or karma can break that affection.
External factors create opposition in external actions.
It cannot oppose anyone's mind.
If one wants to attach the mind to God, no one can oppose that.
All these times and places can damage external conduct.
They cannot damage internal conduct.
Who damages internal conduct? It is damaged if one's own internal bad company awakens.
So Maharaj says that we have maintained such affection for God in our soul and affection for God's devotee, that no one can ever damage it.
Thus, self-surrender can be maintained mentally.
And mentally, ekantikpanu can be maintained.
If one has established such a state during favorable times, then it remains when adverse times come.
If one hasn't thought about anything now and has just been making mistakes, then when such a situation arises, everything becomes clear to them.
So, during good times, one should prepare for the impending difficult times.
And no one knows for sure when difficult times will come for whom.
Maharaj said that
It cannot be said for sure what kind of circumstances a person will face due to their destiny.
We wish that God always keeps good circumstances.
But it cannot be said for sure.
So what happens then?
It was mentioned in the previous shloka, wasn't it?
That it is not difficult to maintain self-surrender when one is at home.
It is difficult to maintain self-surrender in adverse circumstances.
And it is difficult to maintain ekantikpanu in adverse circumstances.
When everything is equal, then both the ekantik and the confused are equal.
Everyone sits down to worship in the morning.
And in the evening, they sit down to perform arti of God.
So, even the confused ones have to follow the rules, and the others also have to follow the rules.
So his test doesn't happen then.
His test happens when adverse circumstances arise.
And how much self-surrender can we maintain in adverse circumstances?
And how much ekantikpanu can we maintain in adverse circumstances?
Then it is proven that we have that much self-surrender in our heart or in our soul.
But when should one prepare for it?
It doesn't happen on the day of the exam.
On that day, some of these teachers would say that you shouldn't do anything on that day.
Stay fresh.
You don't have to do anything on that day; on that day, you have to stay fresh, on the contrary.
So, when a calamity strikes, you don't prepare; you have to be patient.
And how to keep our self-surrender unbroken in this.
And how to keep ekantikpanu unbroken.
One should prepare for it when there are good circumstances and favorable conditions.
Then, when difficult times come, one realizes.
One only knows then whether it is in one's soul or not.
Now, in good times, one doesn't know how deep it is or when it will come out.
In good times, everyone is a devotee.
But when there are adverse times and some challenge comes, and in that challenge, we prove that no, my ekantikpan is correct.
So Maharaj said that.
That we have made such a firm resolve that even time and karma cannot break our love for God and God's devotee.
And we have such love for God and God's devotee that when we are doing bhajan of God, such intoxication comes that we have to be careful.
That the social norms are properly maintained, otherwise, such intoxication comes that the norms are not maintained.
So, one should test all of that in the current circumstances to see if we are getting any current or not.
In the current circumstances, do we get any kind of support in the matter of God or not?
Maharaj says that we become intoxicated and mad at that time, that's what happens.
When we are doing bhajan and bhakti, we become mad.
But for the sake of other devotees in society, we remain a bit at a human level.
We do as everyone else does.
But internally, madness comes.
If such madness comes in the current times and in times of happiness, then it remains.
Then no matter what one does, that doesn't go away.
Now, if someone is barely moving their ears while dying.
Then in adverse circumstances, what about the ears? Everything stops, even moving the ears.
And the mouth remains open. There's no habit of moving the ears, let alone closing the mouth.
Now, if someone is barely moving their ears while dying, then in adverse circumstances, what about the ears? Everything stops, even moving the ears. And the mouth remains open. There's no habit of moving the ears, let alone closing the mouth.
So, one should prepare for it in the current circumstances.
When God has given us good times and places.
Then one should do as Maharaj said, and create such a state.
That is called sthiti (state).
One who does not waver, who is not shaken by time and place, that is called sthiti.
And that sthiti is tested in adverse circumstances.
In adverse circumstances, whether we have such a state or not.
Only its testing happens.
Preparation doesn't happen then.
And the sthiti that happens, happens in good circumstances.
If one has paid attention and remained vigilant in good circumstances, then sthiti happens in good circumstances.
And one should test it repeatedly.
One should do a mental test.
Now, there are good circumstances, and we are doing bhajan, but what happens if there is some adversity?
We often say, suppose we are doing small or big ektaana (fasting).
Knowing Maharaj's command, we do ektaana.
But if everyone gathers at the same time and sits down with their plates, then we also feel like sitting down for a while.
And sit with everyone.
So, we haven't decided here when we start that, we haven't decided then.
And so, one gets mixed with everyone.
Like Ganga went to Gangadas and Jamuna went to Jamunadas.
It becomes like that.
Whether I am Jamunadas or Gangadas, one has not decided that in the current circumstances.
Devotees of God, they do experience disturbances in time and place.
Hmm.
Then, when the time and place pass, if one immediately connects with ekantikpan and atmanivedipan.
Then in that, there is no deficiency in his attainment of God.
So Maharaj told Muktanand Swami that.
Maharaj said that it seems to us that when adverse times come, you get affected once, and then you come back again.
So Muktanand Swami said, Maharaj, such a deficiency remains, how can that deficiency be removed?
So that is called a deficiency.
When adverse times come, one gets a little submerged.
So that is called a deficiency.
What happens in this? When students are studying, they are very good devotees.
Then when they get married, then in satsang, then.
They drown in two or five ways.
Then, when things settle down and children are born, they become devotees just like they were before, so they drown, so to speak.
If one dives in that way, it is called a flaw.
It just keeps going smoothly.
Even for sadhus and devotees.
That is difficult.
And the reason it is difficult is that Maharaj said that when there are good times, one has not prepared.
When there is good satsang, one should check in their mind, whether one is a householder or a student, that if I keep such satsang now and then get married and go to my in-laws' house, what will happen then?
So, at that time, one should have made some preparations, like finding in-laws who are already like that.
And I found another one that doesn't cause much trouble.
But if you haven't prepared much in advance, it won't happen.
Sadhus, when they keep satsang and observe rules and dharma with firmness, and when they gather completely in the samaiya, they jump around with everyone.
So, if it's not decided here, then they'll jump there.
There's no place for it there.
Then they come back here, and it's settled.
Ganga went, she became Gangadas, and Jamuna went, she became Jamunadas.
He doesn't know if he is Jamunadas or Gangadas.
They become whatever they go to.
In advance preparation, just thinking mentally.
Or there's some practice to do.
To practice.
If facilities are available and you don't accept them for a day or two, then how will it happen?
If we have facilities, we should not accept them for a day or two, to see if we can manage without them.
And whether we can maintain ekantik-panu or atmanivedi-panu or not.
These are the servants who force us to do all the atmanivedi-panu.
Then if it comes upon us.
Then, at that time, one should practice for a couple of days.
When a householder has his family preparing everything for him, and he maintains ekantik-panu or atmanivedi-panu, and his family goes out for two, five, or fifteen days, then how does he maintain atmanivedi-panu?
Because he has to do everything himself, right?
He has to make rotis and light the stove himself, and then he remembers Thakorji.
So, when there are facilities, one should practice a little like this.
What happens if it's not there?
We can do that.
For adverse circumstances.
If one has not prepared for adverse circumstances, then adverse circumstances will arise.
Then there is no way to escape from it.
Then there is no way to escape; then one is just going to be thrown away.
Once the river current came, and everyone was shouting, "Run, run, the flood is coming."
Even then, we stand there, twirl our mustaches, and then have to take a dive.
Then there's nothing left of us; then we just have to dive and go wherever it takes us.
Circumstances then take you wherever they want; if you haven't prepared in advance, the same thing happens.
Only if one has prepared in advance will there be security.
Maharaj said, and Muktanand Swami said, that just as there is strength in past samskaras in two eras, there is also strength in each and every era, and it's a 'hedge of concept'.
One's own security. What is 'hedge of concept'? It means to secure oneself.
This is Bharatbhai Savaleno's question.
Hey.
Bharatbhai Savaliya has a question.
If the circumstances are the same for everyone, and everyone is under the same circumstances, then to whom should one give their murti, or what should one do with it?
If there are no other circumstances, then one can immerse it in the ocean.
But such circumstances don't usually happen to people.
Such circumstances arise only in extreme situations.
Otherwise, this can also be done.
When the war with Pakistan happened, we had a temple in Karachi, didn't we?
They brought the murti with them.
So, if that's the case, one should prepare as much as their intellect and strength allow.
And if one cannot achieve it, God does not blame them.
If one has prepared and made an effort, and it still doesn't happen, then God does not blame them.
We should prepare as much as our strength allows.
That's all.
In reality, the first type of initiation is said to be of two kinds.
Commentary
This is a brief introduction to the commentary.
So, it's a commentary, isn't it?
It's a commentary.
That's finished.
That which has the quality of a mumukshu (seeker of liberation) is given considering them as an adhikari (qualified person).
And the second initiation is given considering the excellence of knowledge and its conduct.
In it, the mumukshu (seeker of liberation) considers that the heavenly realms and other worlds attained through meritorious deeds are perishable.
Then it is also understood that eternal blissful moksha (liberation) cannot be attained through perishable actions performed.
Then he becomes very sad and takes refuge in a good, knowledgeable guru.
Then the compassionate Guruvarya tells him that
you have not yet attained true detachment.
You have not yet gained knowledge of the means to moksha (liberation).
Also, the true nature of the self
you have not yet gained knowledge of.
Lord Shri Krishna, who is the refuge of all people, will give you the means of knowledge and so on.
Therefore, meditate on Shri Krishna and wait for the right time.
Saying this, the initiation in which a general mantra is given with a special intention is called the first, ordinary initiation.
When a mumukshu (seeker of liberation) realizes, "I am the eternal servant of God, I have knowledge of the true nature of the self," then the guru gives the mahamantra (great mantra) to the disciple.
But before that, the mumukshu (seeker of liberation) has to offer everything to the feet of God.
And the mumukshu (seeker of liberation) adhikari (qualified person) is given the mahamantra (great mantra) that reveals the knowledge that "I am the servant of God, God is my everything, and I am a part of God." That is the second mahadiksha (great initiation).
That mahadiksha (great initiation) is mentioned in the Pancharatra and Bharadvaja Samhitas.
Those who receive such initiation are called Atmanivedi (one who has surrendered the self).
And that is why the word 'etvā amrīśavad' is used here.
And furthermore, in this text, the rules for devotees with the first general initiation are stated in six shlokas from 50 to 55, and after that, the special rules for the Atmanivedi (self-surrendered) devotee are stated in five shlokas, including Shailiva, from 56 to 60.
The reason for this division into general initiation and great initiation is the mantras mentioned in them, which can be known from the secret texts.
Therefore,
they are not published in this text.
Commentary
Shloka number 61.
Devotees worship the murti of God every day.
This is just to say, what is the reason for the two initiations?
One is general initiation and the other is special initiation, great initiation.
So, the adhikari (qualified person) takes it.
How detached has one become from the world? If one has become very detached, then they are said to have the right to mahadiksha (great initiation).
If one has a little worldly desire and also love for God, then they should take general initiation.
And if there is intense longing, then they should take special initiation.
Such a right is mentioned in the scriptures, and therefore Maharaj has also established two such initiations.
One is general initiation, which means the kanthi (necklace) we wear is called general initiation.
If one wears a kanthi and performs puja, it is called general initiation.
If one develops more detachment, and takes initiation as a sadhu, then that is called mahadiksha (great initiation).
And mother, although the initiation of a sadhu is a binding for a self-surrendered devotee.
The meaning of a sadhu is that we have become self-surrendered.
That all this is self-surrender to God.
So the initiation of a sadhu is the initiation of self-surrender.
And the mantra is also such that everything has to be offered.
Brahmaham Krishnadasosmi, I am your servant, O God.
I have nothing.
Whatever I do, I am now going to serve you.
I am going to serve Lord Swaminarayan.
So that is the mantra and that is the life mantra.
So it is called Mahadiksha.
So the initiation of a sadhu is Mahadiksha and the initiation of a self-surrendered devotee, both are there.
It should be compulsory.
Yes
Devotees worship the murti of God every day. If a devotee becomes weak in old age and is unable to perform external worship, then that murti should be given to another devotee for worship. If this is not done, then the worship of the consecrated murti stops. If worship is not performed, it is considered an offense against God.
If this is worshipped, it is considered an offense.
Either immerse it in the sea or somewhere else.
If there is no such time, then give it to someone.
Whoever has the possibility and convenience of worship, give it to them.
But this should be done in life-threatening situations.
If you give something to someone and don't take it back, that is not the dharma of a self-surrendered person.
Then if we don't go to take it back, it is not called the dharma of a self-surrendered person.
If worship is not performed, it is considered an offense against God.
Therefore, that murti should be given to another devotee for worship, and one should serve as long as it is convenient, it is said.
All our devotees who have received general initiation and Mahadiksha, when their body becomes weak due to old age or when a disturbance like civil war arises in the country, they cannot worship the murti of God.
Whether it becomes convenient again or not, that arca form should be handed over to another devotee.
Then
If there is an upheaval and they have fled from home and are hiding somewhere.
Now, where will they get a chance to bathe there?
They might have left to save their lives.
Then there is no facility to bathe, wash, worship Thakorji, or offer tulsi leaves.
Then, when there are circumstances to save one's life, one should do this.
If the external senses like eyes and hands have become weak, but the mental strength is good, then perform mental worship completely.
Even then, if the end time seems near, do it with love.
Mental worship should also be done completely and with love.
Only then will his self-surrender be maintained.
Even on the basis of mental worship, self-surrender is maintained in adverse circumstances.
If the external senses like eyes and hands have become weak, but the mental strength is good, then perform mental worship completely.
Even then, if the end time seems near and mental worship cannot be performed due to lack of stability, then only remember the Supreme Soul.
If there is extreme pain from illness and one does not have a witness, then mental worship cannot be performed either.
Then remember.
Listen to the name and kirtan of God.
If one does not have the ability to listen, then God takes care of them.
If he has done everything with preparation, then God has taken the responsibility.
I will liberate you from all sins, do not grieve.
Don't grieve.
I will take care of you.
That is God's vow.
Vinata vividha bhuta vrata rakshayika diksha.
Diksha means a vow has been taken, a pledge has been made, God has made a commitment.
has committed.
that I will do this.
At the time of death, Maharaj must come to me.
God has given such a commitment to the entire satsang.
And he never breaks his commitment.
Even if this breaks, he doesn't break it.
Didn't that merchant say that this coconut is fake?
So that merchant is clever, so he says, "Maharaj, the coconut is fake and I am also fake, but if you are true, then do it now."
If you are true, then do it.
So Maharaj brought a fake coconut.
We are not wrong.
Maharaj has such a vow that if a devotee has done good in a good time to please God.
Then God never forgets, he is very noble.
There is no one as noble as God in this world.
He considers even an atom to be equal.
If he has done even an atom's worth for God, the meaning of atmanivedi is that he does it for God.
So even if he has done an atom's worth, God never forgets.
He keeps a record of it, even the smallest record.
God himself does not keep any record of what he has done for the jiva.
He doesn't even remember it.
He doesn't say that I have done so much for you, and now our accounts are clear.
He keeps a record of what we have done and preserves it.
What he has done, God forgets.
That I did this much for you.
He never even reminds them of it.
If the final moment seems near and mental worship cannot be performed due to lack of stability, then only remember the Supreme Soul.
If we lovingly contemplate on Shri Purushottam, who is endowed with infinite auspicious qualities and whom we have been meditating on for a long time, even at the end, then he bestows ultimate liberation.
If, perhaps, at the last moment, one completely loses consciousness, then God, who protects those who surrender with a vigilant mind, remembers that devotee at that time.
He takes care of him.
It is said in the Ramayana and in the Varaha Purana that 'Pashan Kashta Sannibham' (like a stone or wood).
My devotee, at the time of death, may be lying like a piece of wood or like a stone.
Then I take care of him.
He took care of me his whole life, so now I will take care of him.
But as long as there is consciousness, it is his duty to remember God.
Then, when consciousness goes beyond our control, God takes care of him.
If, perhaps, at the last moment, one completely loses consciousness, then God, who protects those who surrender with a vigilant mind, remembers that devotee at that time.
He takes care of him.
He takes care of him with a vigilant mind.
God knows that his control over him is gone, then God himself takes care that nothing happens to him.
As long as there is control, he takes care.
If, at the last moment, one completely loses consciousness, then God, who protects those who have surrendered with a vigilant mind, remembers that devotee at that time, he takes care of him.
As long as one is conscious, one should keep one's mind focused on the form of God according to one's ability.
That is the dharma of a self-surrendered devotee.
One who has embraced self-surrender, as long as one has the strength, should remember God, chant His name, perform mental worship, perform direct worship, do whatever is possible.
As long as one is conscious, one should keep one's mind focused on the form of God according to one's ability.
Thus, it explains the final state.
Maharaj has explained all these situations regarding the very end of time, that if such a time of death comes, and such a situation arises, then do this.
Verse number 62.
That which is given by the Acharya, and that which is consecrated by him, that form of Krishna is to be served, and the other is to be worshipped.
And the form of Shri Krishna which the Acharya of the Dharma Vansh has given for his own worship, or the form which that Acharya has consecrated, that very form is to be worshipped.
And any other form of Shri Krishna besides that is worthy of reverence, but not worthy of worship.
Why were you saying that day, that, well, there were a couple of questions, right?
That, what should be done with the idol of God in animation? What should be done with it if it's kept in a mobile phone?
This is its answer.
It is worthy of reverence.
It is worthy of darshan.
If one wants to serve, it is worthy of service.
Then there is the consecrated form, the form consecrated by God.
And its photo.
Both are fine.
That works.
If Maharaj has consecrated Harikrishna Maharaj, then his photos are acceptable, and that is considered worthy of worship.
Because Acharya Maharaj cannot go to every house to consecrate or give to everyone.
And that is not possible.
Sometimes, Maharaj, you see, when it's not possible to offer vartman to everyone by climbing on a cart, he would just sprinkle water.
He offered vartman to everyone like this.
So, it's not possible for everyone; where would one go to give this murti to each and every house?
And if there are photos of the consecrated form that was made, then they are also consecrated.
At most, what do we do with it? We put it in the aarti.
And if there is more convenience, we place it where Acharya Maharaj performs aarti; they do all that.
What?
Sometimes, sometimes
All of our publications sometimes have photos

They should not be kept, actually.
One should not let the idol of God wander here and there.
And even if they do, they should be preserved respectfully.
And if they cannot be preserved like that, then they should be immersed in water.
That's what is said.
Actually, that's the proper way to talk.
But now, printing has become very easy, and printing is done at home, so they print so many idols in bulk as products.
So, where to keep them? Even if you want to throw them in the sea, it becomes a big problem, where to go every now and then.
So, this happens.
But one should take care that they don't get trampled underfoot anywhere.
Then it is said to be preserved.
Here, by the word 'Acharya', one should understand the Guru of the Dharma Vansh who preaches his path of devotion.
But one who performs the sacred thread ceremony and teaches the Vedas is called an Acharya.
He is also called an Acharya.
When he turns eight years old, he is given the Upaveda and taught the Vedas.
And those who teach are called Acharyas, but that is not the Acharya being referred to here.
We are talking about the Acharya whose position Maharaj has appointed.
Here, by the word 'Acharya', one should understand the Guru of the Dharma Vansh who preaches his path of devotion.
But one who performs the sacred thread ceremony and teaches the Vedas is called an Acharya.
The Acharya mentioned in this Yajnavalkya Smriti is not to be taken here.
Because there is no occasion here to speak of that Acharya.
In the Linga Purana, the word 'Acharya' is defined as:
who himself
has given the definition.
The definition of who is called an Acharya is given.
One who practices himself, establishes others in good conduct, and explains the meanings of the scriptures in the form of consistent principles.
This collects
Therefore, he is called an Acharya.
Just as Ramanujacharya, Ramanujacharya and all of them created a principle by making the meanings of these Vedas and Upanishads consistent.
So he himself practices,
makes others practice,
and if there are contradictory principles, he makes them all equal, that is, he centralizes them.
Then he is called an Acharya.
He gives such a definition of an Acharya.
In the Linga Purana, the word Acharya is defined.
So they are called Acharyas by their efforts. Ramanujacharya is said to have proven himself an Acharya through his own efforts.
Why is it said that Narendra Modi became PM because of his own status?
Helicopter landing is possible.
A helicopter can land anywhere.
If there is a lane, it needs an airport.
So, one who does not have personal status,
that is called a helicopter landing, but here, if it's a helicopter landing, it's a landing, and if it's the other, it's the other, that's what Maharaj said here.
Here, people with status don't just appear every now and then.
Suppose Maharaj established Acharyas, then not everyone can become Vihari Lalji Maharaj.
So here, they just talked about helicopter landing.
In the Linga Purana, the word Acharya is defined. In reality, sometimes there is a helicopter landing,
even then, if one has the capability, then with that capability,
he proves that place himself.
that I am worthy of this place.
For example, Vihari Lalji Maharaj was there.
He might have come to the throne through tradition.
But he performed such deeds and proved his qualification.
that in the scriptures,
the definition of Acharyas is given, doing all that, and he himself
So, if there's a helicopter landing, don't be afraid of it.
that we have already gone into this grade in helicopter landing.
So that can be done through personality.
He develops his personality.
Then he comes into personality from helicopter landing.
Like that.
Here, only the definition of Acharya is given.
Who is an Acharya?
So, he clarifies the principles.
In the Upanishads, all the principles were given haphazardly, some verses were given in some places and some in others.
But from that, what to grasp, what message to catch, people's minds would get confused.
It might be said one way in one place and another way in another place.
So there would be confusion.
From that, a clear message that this is the only meaning of this.
And in life, this should be taken as a message in this way.
If that was done, then Ramanujacharya struggled his whole life to do that.
And he himself practiced and established others in practice.
Therefore, he is considered an Acharya.
Similarly, Maharaj is considered in that way.
Ramanand Swami and all are considered in that way.
Because nothing was ever there, and to start everything new, that is, how to do new practices, all its rules and regulations were made clear.
And he himself also made the principles of the scriptures consistent.
that you should proceed according to this.
Then he is called an Acharya.
So he is said to have become an Acharya through his own personality.
It is said.
Helicopter landing is not a stigma.
But then he should prove it with his own personality.
One should develop such a personality.
And one should do such deeds that that personality is proper for that place.
If he proves that, then he is called an Acharya.
Then he is not in the position of an Acharya.
But there might be someone else, a saint, a devotee.
And for him, this 'Acharya Dattam Cha Yashcha Tena Pratishthitam' was not said for him.
For him, whatever it is, this heli
Whether it's a helicopter landing or someone with personality, who is seated on the throne here.
It was said for him.
The Acharya said, "Dattam yachchha yachchha tena pratishthitam Krishna swarupam tatsevyam vandyam evetar pujyam." He said that.
If there are people with high quality, high qualifications, and others who have a lot of personality compared to them.
If he has performed the consecration according to Vedic rituals, then there is no objection to accepting it, brother.
There is no problem in accepting that murti because the Acharya may not have consecrated all of them at some point.
But even then, what Maharaj has said here is about those who are seated on this throne, rather than those with qualifications.
Maharaj did not say that if someone with a very good personality has done it, then it should be accepted.
That's not it.
Yes, it's not that those with good personalities are useless.
They are respectable.
But Maharaj has said this for the tradition.
This has been said for the constitution of the Sampraday.
In the Linga Purana, the word 'Acharya' is defined as one who practices himself and inspires others to do satsang. If one wants to uplift the entire country, it can only be done through one's personality.
Yes.
Similarly, if one wants to free their soul from the cycle of birth and death and go to God's abode, then for doing satsang, helicopter landing is not always effective.
Then personality always comes into play.
Satsang is done through personality.
Not through helicopter landing.
If one does satsang through helicopter landing, then it remains the same.
If the consecration of God has been done in a distant country, and the Acharya Maharaj has not performed its consecration, but great saints of God have performed it, then is that form considered worthy of worship or not?
It is considered worthy of worship.
It's not very common for Acharya Maharaj to have reached everywhere in our Sampraday.
They cannot reach everywhere.
What is being said here is like that thing, you know, about the mantra, 'vrutha japyam avaidikam' (useless chanting is un-Vedic).
Useless chanting is un-Vedic.
What is to be called un-Vedic?
That which is against the Vedas.
There should be no prohibition.
If the Acharya has performed the consecration, then the Acharya should not have opposed it.
Or, those who oppose the Acharya should not have performed the consecration.
If someone has become an equal to the Acharya's position, and has qualifications, and has performed the consecration.
Then it's still not.
It is the form of God, so one should bow down.
But don't get too excited about bowing down too much.
Let's go and have darshan.
That won't happen.
The meaning of what Maharaj said about the Acharya is exactly this.
If the Acharya has performed the consecration, then that is the number one choice.
If the Acharya has not performed the consecration, and it has been done by another Vedic ritual, but the Acharya has not opposed it, saying that your consecration is wrong and so on.
Yes, okay, I can't reach there, so when I come, I will perform the aarti.
You perform the consecration and start doing bhajan.
Then his bhajan can be done.
But those people who are against the Acharya or the Acharya's position, or what Maharaj has established, and have set up something separate from it.
Then, if he has performed the consecration, one should not serve it.
Such a feeling arises, such a sentiment emerges.
But if the Acharya has not been able to reach to perform the consecration, in distant villages or abroad as you say, and they haven't been able to reach there, it's not necessary to abandon that murti.
If it has been done there with proper rituals, consecrated with traditional rituals, then its meditation and bhajan can be performed.
And Maharaj coming to pick him up is its proof.
We had those Latin people, so Maharaj came to take the old woman. At the time of her death, she said that Swaminarayan Bhagwan has come to take me.
So, where would there be consecrated murtis of Acharya Maharaj there?
There would not be any consecrated murti of Acharya Maharaj there.
So, that is its meaning.
But Acharya Maharaj did not oppose, saying that you are all apostates and you are all declared. Or sometimes Acharya Maharaj, even if they are good, would declare them as apostates.
But if the other person did not oppose, and they accept and follow Maharaj's principles.
Then that is considered an alternative to Acharya pratishtha.
There should be no opposition.
They should not be against him.
They should be his devotees.
If they do it as opponents,
and if they consecrate the murti of God, then there is no need to insist on worshipping that murti much. Although, if it is the form of Shri Krishna Bhagwan, then we
go to Mathura, and there is a beautiful murti of Radha Krishna Bhagwan at the birthplace.
And that murti is very beautiful.
And Gopinath Maharaj is very beautiful, Radha Krishna Maharaj is the form of Radha Krishna.
Still, go there.
If the Acharya has not consecrated it, and it has been consecrated according to the Sampraday's tradition through Vedic rituals.
But they should not be opponents of the Acharya, Maharaj, and the Sampraday.
Then if they worship it, there is no big problem.
And Maharaj also comes to take them.
This is the meaning of Acharya.
Because this is not possible everywhere.
Murtis consecrated by the Acharya or given by the Acharya cannot reach everywhere.
If there is a temple where the murti has been consecrated according to the Sampraday's rituals.
And it is necessary that they should not be opponents of the Acharya, or opponents of the Acharya's position, or they should not be sitting as opponents of the tradition established by Maharaj.
Then it is not considered an objection.
One who practices himself, establishes others in good conduct, and compiles the meanings of the scriptures in the form of consistent principles, is therefore called an Acharya.
This is called the definition of Acharya.
So, according to the definition, that is a personality. The command Maharaj has given here is not a command for a personality.
He has given the command according to the tradition of the Sampraday for helicopter landing.
And even though he has given the command according to tradition, we cannot fulfill it completely, so the meaning we discussed earlier should be taken.
That they should not be opponents of the Acharya.
They should not be opponents of the Sampraday.
We didn't say that the opponents of the Sampraday, let's go, there is a temple of Radhakrishna Dev in Mathura, this is the Birla Temple, Maharaj.
And the murti of Radhakrishna in that temple is also very beautiful.
And our Gopinath Maharaj is very beautiful.
Even then, if we bow to Radhakrishna Dev, there is no big problem.
It should not be kept for worship afterwards.
It should not be done that if it is a very good murti, we keep it for worship.
But if they are sitting as opponents of Maharaj and doing all those activities against Maharaj, against the Sampraday.
Then even if they have installed a better murti than that, do not go there.
And if we sit down to worship from that, there won't be much fruit.
The one who gives fruit is Swaminarayan Bhagwan.
Then a good murti is second number.
One who practices himself, establishes others in good conduct, and compiles the meanings of the scriptures in the form of consistent principles, is therefore called an Acharya.
The murti of Bhagwan that the Acharya has given to himself, or has consecrated through the ritual of deity installation, that murti of Shri Krishna Bhagwan is in the form of... Look, he has written it here.
that the Acharya installed it through the Pratistha Vidhi.
So the commentator says that he has written an interpretation that is consistent with the Sampradaya.
The murti of God that the Acharya has given to oneself, or if it has been installed through the Deva Pratistha Vidhi,
or if it has been installed through the Deva Pratistha Vidhi.
The murti of Lord Shri Krishna, which the Acharya has given to oneself or has installed through the Deva Pratistha Vidhi, that is, the form of God, should be worshipped by everyone.
One should perform its puja and so on.
The murti that the Acharya has not given or has not installed is worthy of being worshipped with devotion to God.
But it is not worthy of daily worship.
Devotees who perform seva should not have the feeling of stone or other material in the murti of God. Because such a feeling is considered an offense in the Pancharatra.
For example, those who have the feeling of stone or other material in the murti of Shri Krishna, who have human intellect in their guru, and who have feelings of caste and creed towards Vaishnava devotees, all of them are offenders of God.
This is an offense.
In Shudra Kamalakara, there is also a quoted statement that says: 'The person who considers the murti or Shaligram to be made of stone, who considers his guru to be an ordinary human being, who sees caste and creed in the Vaishnava devotees of God, who considers the charanamrut (holy water) of God, which destroys the faults of Kaliyuga, and the charanamrut of a Vaishnava devotee to be ordinary water,
who considers the name mantra of God, which destroys countless sins and is pure, to be an ordinary word, and who considers Lord Vishnu, the Lord of all, to be like any other, ultimately falls into hell.'
Regarding what was said, that the idol of God is worthy of worship, the Nirnaya Sindhu and Naradiya Purana have stated a special characteristic.
A Shivling worshipped by a Shudra and a Shaligram
This much specialty
It is worthy of worship, but this much specialty is not even worthy of worship.
What does it mean to have the intellect of stone in the murti of God?
Vishvadarshan Swami
It's not God.
Who is speaking? Vishvadarshan Swami.
That is not God.
There should not be a divine intellect in it.
There should be a worshipful intellect.
If we worship and pray to Maharaj, then God will do our work.
He will do our welfare.
And an atheist would say, 'What can a stone do for us?'
Then that is called an atheistic intellect.
That it is a stone, what can it do for us?
So, such an intellect is called an atheist's intellect, and one should not have such an intellect.
God is there, and according to the scriptures, there should be faith in God that if one has prayed to Maharaj, then Maharaj will do our work.
Then, through whatever means someone works, it is Maharaj who does it.
Such a faithful intellect is called a divine intellect.
And the other is called an atheistic intellect.
To have an atheistic intellect is an offense against God.
God is seated in it according to the scriptures.
Then God can destroy those who commit this offense.
A Shivling worshipped by a Shudra and a Shaligram, if a person bows to it, they incur sin.
To avoid that sin, even if thousands of penances are performed, one does not become pure.
It is said to be a very terrible sin.
It is unlikely that any Shudras would be worshipping this Shivling, or rather, Shaligram, in such a consecrated manner.
But there is a Shivling.
Yes, there is a Shivling.
There is a Shivling, but this is said about Shaligram.
It is said for both.
Oh.
What did it say?
The Naradiya Purana states a special characteristic that if a person bows to a Shivling and Shaligram worshipped by a Shudra, they incur sin.
If that's the case, one shouldn't go there.
That's true.
To avoid that sin, even if thousands of penances are performed, one does not become pure.
speed.
A person who bows to the Shiva lingam and Shaligram worshipped by women,
Although women are forbidden to worship Shaligram.
Even if it is there, do not go to see it.
It is said in the scriptures that one should not even bow down.
A person who bows to the Shiva lingam and Shaligram worshipped by women, along with crores of ancestors, falls into Raurava hell for 1000 Chaturyugas.
It is said to be a very terrible sin.
There must be a reason for that, but it is said in the scriptures.
Victory to Sahajanand Swami Maharaj.
